Halaveli is a tropical island 500 meters by 200 meters with an exceptionally good beach , lush vegetation and a fantastic house reef. The house reef is close to shore on the east side and a large deep water lagoon on the west which is an ideal spot for water sports enthusiasts.
	Halaveli is also within 45 minutes distance to some of the most fascinating dive sites in Ari Atoll (Ari Atoll is the atoll in which Halaveli is situated). The famous Halaveli wreck is a 25 meter steel ship sunk in 27 meters of water for the diving pleasure of Halaveli guests. At the Halaveli wreck it is possible to dive alongside the majestic sting ray and witness the mighty moray eel amongst a symphony of multi-colored fish.
	Care has been taken to preserve the natural beauty of Halaveli and 50 individual bungalows with coral walls and palm thatched roofs have been built to blend in with nature. All the rooms are air-conditioned with hot / cold water, telephone and minibar. Each room has its own verandah for the relaxation of its occupants..
	Western (mostly Italian) food is served at Halaveli. The breakfast and lunch are all buffets and the dinner is served to the table. The coffeeshop provides light snacks throughout the day until 23.30 hrs. A well stocked beach bar can provide anything from a fresh fruit juice to Dom Perignon.
